27. CONSIDERATION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH BSREP III DOMINGUEZ LLC FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF A SIDEWALK EASEMENT AT 2001 E. DOMINGUEZ STREET TO FACILITATE PUBLIC SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. ACCEPT and APPROVE the proposed Easement Agreement with BSREP III for a 390 sq. ft easement area to accommodate public sidewalk improvements and related purposes; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the proposed Easement Agreement and take all actions necessary to cause the agreement to be recorded with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office.
