20. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA CONSULTING, INC. FOR CITYWIDE PROFESSIONAL GRANT WRITING SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 with California Consulting, Inc. to exercise the final one-year term extension and increase the contract consideration by $66,000 (Exhibit 1; the “Amendment”); and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Amendment, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
