4. Approval of Vendor Services Agreement with Athletic Field Specialists for Phase I of the Walnut Ranch Park Soccer Field Renovation Project and Adoption of Resolution No. 26-44 Amending the Adopted Fiscal Year 2026- 27 Capital Improvement Plan Budget for Phase I of the Walnut Ranch Park Soccer Field Renovation Project in the amount of $205,000.00; percent (10%) of the Agreement amount ($20,500.00) to address unforeseen conditions and additional work necessary to complete the project; under the Agreement for Vendor Services; and Capital Improvement Plan Budget by appropriating $30,000.00 from General Fund Reserves for Phase I of the Walnut Ranch Park Soccer Field Renovation Project.
