5. Approval of Vendor Services Agreement with Athletic Field Specialists for the Snow Creek Park Baseball Field Renovation Project and Adoption of Resolution No. 26-45 Amending the Adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 Capital Improvement Plan Budget (AFS) for the Snow Creek Park Baseball Field Renovation Project in the amount of $104,500.00; percent (10%) of the Agreement amount ($10,450.00) to address unforeseen conditions and additional work necessary to complete the project; under the Agreement for Vendor Services; and Capital Improvement Plan Budget by appropriating $120,000.00 from General Fund Reserves for the Snow Creek Park Baseball Field Renovation Project.
