17) CONSIDERATION OF TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY ACTION FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS AT FIRE STATION 3 AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK AND AUTHORIZATION TO FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Terminate the emergency action at Fire Station 3 by adopting the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-82 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, TERMINATING THE EMERGENCY ACTION FOR THE REMEDIATION OF THE RODENT AND RAT INFESTATION AT FIRE STATION 3 2. Accept the work performed by Sunshine Pacific Group America Inc. with a final compensation amount of $130,720.85. 3. Authorize the City Manager and Assistant City Clerk to execute the Notice of Completion and file the Notice of Completion with the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder.
