10) CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT (ACFR) AND OTHER RELATED REPORTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2025 It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the following financial reports and letters for the year ended June 30, 2025: Annual Comprehensive Financial Report; Government Auditing Standards Letter; Audit Communication Letter; and Community Financial Report.
