(35) 11-1705 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - McOSKER) relative to reactivating and restoring Council file No. 11-1705 to its most recent legislative status, for the matter of a City Planning Commission report and proposed ordinance regarding a comprehensive revision and consolidation of Citywide Sign regulations into one section within the City's Zoning Code. Recommendation for Council action: REACTIVATE Council file No. 11-1705, which expired per Council policy (CF 05-0553); and, RESTORE the matter of a City Planning Commission report and proposed ordinance, dated May 25, 2021, relative to a comprehensive revision and consolidation of Citywide Sign regulations into one section within the City's Zoning Code, for both on-site and off-site signs, to its most recent legislative status as of the date of the file's expiration.
