CITYWIDE CANARY ISLAND DATE PALM PROTECTION PROGRAM AND PHASED TREATMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH AMERICAN PALM WEEVIL RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council direct staff to implement the criteria-based, phased treatment and monitoring program described in this report, and to return with phase-specific funding requests through the annual budget process.
