11. INTRODUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENT PLAN RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Receive and file the Development Improvement Plan and direct staff to continue implementation of Phase 2 (Short Term) and to begin Phase 3 (Intermediate) actions consistent with Strategic Goal 3, Objective 3.2. 2) Provide feedback or direction on the Plan.
