18. CONSIDER AWARDING A FIVE-YEAR PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT TO A.O. REED & CO., LLC, A LEGENCY COMPANY, FOR ON-CALL BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE TESTING, CERTIFICATION, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a five-year Public Works Agreement with A.O. Reed & Co., LLC to provide on-call certified backflow prevention device testing, repair, and replacement services, for a total amount not to exceed $141,570 over the five-year term (Exhibit 3); and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
