(1) 26-1141 CD 15 Motion (McOsker - Blumenfield) relative to requesting the City Attorney, in coordination with the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD), Department of City Planning (DCP), and Department of Building and Safety (DBS), to obtain and provide to Council District 15: 1) the feasibility study for the JCT Jones Chemicals, Inc. Harbor Gateway facility, and provide an assessment of whether and to what extent the study may be publicly disclosed; and 2) any proposed consent order concerning the JCI Harbor Gateway facility, prior to adoption, and provide an assessment of whether and to what extent the consent order may be publicly disclosed.
