Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and Hermeus Corporation Regarding Exclusive Street Parking Spaces on Jack Northrop Ave. Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Hermeus Corporation and authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into and execute the agreement and make any minor amendments.
