27. First Amendment to the Consultant Agreement for Citywide Parking Study ("First Amendment") between the City of Hawthorne ("City") and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. ("Consultant"). Staff recommends that the City Council approve this First Amendment and authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Consultant Agreement.
