26. Fifth Amendment to the Consultant Agreement for Design Services ("Fifth Amendment") between the City of Hawthorne ("City") and Office Untitled ("Consultant"). Staff recommends that the City Council approve this Fifth Amendment and authorize the City Manager to execute the Fifth Amendment to the Consultant Agreement.
