4. ACCEPTANCE OF CHET HOLIFIELD COMMUNITY GARDEN PROJECT (CP 945) - NOTICE OF COMPLETION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the Chet Holifield Community Garden Project (CP 945) as completed by Voltaire Engineering, Inc.; and 2. Approve the final contract amount with Voltaire Engineering, Inc. for the Chet Holifield Community Garden Project (CP 945) in the amount of $377,165; and 3. Approve the Final Total Project Budget (Attachment A); and 4. Authorize the City Clerk to execute, verify and file the Notice of Completion (Attachment B) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and
