10. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-65 IMPLEMENTING THE COURT ORDER APPROVING THE JACMAR PROJECT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a Resolution confirming and implementing the Superior Court’s Order dated July 16, 2026, approving Molinari’s application to build 15 single-family residences at 301 Jacmar Drive, Montebello (“Project”) pursuant to the California Housing Accountability Act (“HAA”);and 2. Pursuant to Montebello Municipal Code Section 17.78.130, the City Council refers this item back to the Planning Commission; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
