a. Approve a purchase order with Traffic and Parking Control Co., LLC (TAPCO) in an amount not-to- exceed $89,941.48 for the purchase of 80 solar-powered flashing LED traffic sign assemblies, poles, and related mounting hardware through OMNIA Partners Contract No. 2020-200; and
