9. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 4620 WITH IVA SOLUTIONS INC. FOR CITYWIDE ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4620 with IVA Solutions Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) annually for three (3) years for access control system services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to take actions necessary to execute and finalize an agreement on behalf of 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
