7. Lemon Avenue - Class II Bike Lane - Follow-up Discussion and A. Proceed with the Class II bicycle lane improvements between Amar Road and Meadow Pass Road at this time, direct staff to evaluate available vendor options and obtain current pricing, and return to the City Council with a final project cost, recommended funding appropriation, and vendor contract for consideration and approval; or B. Incorporate Class II bicycle lane improvements along the entire length of Lemon Avenue between Amar Road and La Puente Road into the upcoming Lemon Avenue Resurfacing Project, which is anticipated to return to the City Council for award within three to six months.
