Consideration of Change Order Nos. 1-4, Closeout Change Order No. 5, and Notice of Completion, for Contract No. CITY-1531, Grand Avenue Slope Reconstruction and Pavement Rehabilitation from Baker Parkway to Ferrero Parkway, to Sol Construction, Inc. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Change Order Nos. 1 - 5 and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Notice of Completion.
