No. 2023-6292, located at 10540 North Tujunga Canyon Boulevard, easterly of Redmont Avenue and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. Owner: Narek Garabedean and Alex Ohanyan ; Surveyor: Cyrus Azarmy Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
