62. Transit Law Enforcement Services Agreement Recommendation: Authorize the Sheriff, as an agent for the County, to execute a Transit Law Enforcement Services Agreement (Agreement) by and between the County and Foothill Transit to provide full-time Transit Law Enforcement Services for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. Authorize the Sheriff to execute any and all amendments to the Agreement and to publish annual billing rates and execute amendments as set forth in the agreement, ensuring any negative fiscal impact to the County is avoided.
