61. Vocational Print Shop Services Contract Recommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a contract with William Hood Consulting for a term of four years commencing upon execution by the Board, with two additional one-year option periods. Authorize the Sheriff to execute amendments and change notices to the contract, as set forth throughout the contract to effectuate modifications, which do not materially affect any term of the Contract, exercise the option periods, if in the best interest of the County, add new or revised standard County contract provisions adopted by the Board, as required periodically, effectuate the assignment and delegation/mergers or acquisitions provision, and terminate the contract, either in whole or in part, by the provision of a 30-day written notice.
