Petition to Rescind the Sale of Tax-Defaulted Parcel in Woodland Hills Recommendation: Approve the recommendation in the Hearing Officer’s report to deny the petition to rescind the sale of Assessor Identification No. 2169-021-048, property located at 5221 San Feliciano Drive, in Woodland Hills. Instruct the Executive Officer of the Board to notify the Assessor and the other parties to the sale that the petition will be denied and the sale will be upheld.
