26. Communication Use Lease Renewal Recommendation: Approve and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute a proposed Communication Use Lease (Lease) with the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), for the continued operation of an existing County communication facility located on BLM-administered land identified as Serial No. CACA106006233 for a term of 30 years. Authorize and direct the Chief Executive Officer to execute any other ancillary documentation necessary to effectuate the proposed Lease and to take actions necessary and appropriate to implement the proposed Lease. Find that the approval of the proposed Lease is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. (Supervisorial District 5) (26-5914)
