57. Criminal Restitution Compact Program Agreement Recommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing the District Attorney to enter into an agreement with the California Victim Compensation Board and to accept grant funds in the amount of $1,260,006 for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, to continue the Criminal Restitution Compact Program (Program). Authorize the District Attorney to serve as Project Director for the Program. This delegation further includes authorization to sign and approve any revisions, subsequent amendments, modifications, and/or extensions to the agreements that have no Net County Cost impact, and to terminate agreements for convenience when it is in the best interest of the County; and to continue to apply, submit, execute, and/or renew all required compact documents, including assurances, certifications, and agreements, when and if such future and similar funding opportunities become available.
