94. Recommendation as submitted by the Chief Executive Officer regarding adjustments to the FY 2026-27 Adopted County Budget to reflect various supplemental changes and authorization to execute funding agreements. 3- AND 4-VOTES 1. Adopt the supplemental changes to the County’s FY 2026-27 Adopted Budget. ADOPT 2. Reaffirm the hard-hiring freeze, exempting critical health and safety positions, approved by your Board on February 3, 2026. 3. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, or his designee, to execute and, if necessary, amend or terminate funding agreements totaling $4,100,000 with the following: (a) Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles County in an amount not to exceed $3,600,000 for high-priority life safety related deferred maintenance work at the Music Center; (b) Bioscience Los Angeles County Inc. in an amount not to exceed $300,000 to fund a portion of the redevelopment cost at the Culver City Courthouse; and (c) Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for façade repairs at the Norwood Library. 4. Authorize the Director of the Homeless Services and Housing , or her designee, to execute and, if necessary, amend or terminate funding agreements totaling $82,914,000 with Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) for the following: Affordable Housing Development Trust Fund Notice of Funding Availability in an amount not to exceed $52,588,000; Los Angeles County Development Authority Preservation Program in an amount not to exceed $20,000,000; Open Doors Program in an amount not to exceed $8,761,000; Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing program in an amount not to exceed $924,000; South County Public Housing Scattered Sites in an amount not to exceed $425,000; and Homeless Coordinator in an amount not to exceed $216,000.
