55. Grant Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 36, Val Verde, Surplus Property to WH Castaic 497, LLC, in Exchange for Property Needed by District Recommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 36, Val Verde (District), find that the affected portions of the real property referred to as Assessor Identification No. (AIN) 2866-062-903 and owned by the District are exempt surplus land. Approve the grant of portions of AIN 2866-062-903 from the District to WH Castaic 497, LLC. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the Grant Deed, Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line Adjustment, and any necessary transactional documents and deeds. Authorize delivery to WH Castaic 497, LLC. Determine that the recommended actions are within the scope of the Williams Ranch Project impacts analyzed in an Environmental Impact Report previously certified by the Board.
