40. Standardization Inspections Program Agreement Recommendation: Approve and instruct the Agricultural Commissioner/Director of Weights and Measures to sign an agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), which reimburses the County up to $114,048 for fruit and vegetable inspection services for one year, beginning July 1, 2026. Authorize the Commissioner/Director to sign amendments to the agreement that are consistent with the requirements of the agreement referenced above, including amending the amount and scope of work, subject to the Commissioner/Director providing written notification to the Board.
