44. Bassett Park Building and Exterior Improvements Capital Project Recommendation: Approve the revised total project budget of $3,600,000, from a previously adopted budget of $3,000,000, for the Bassett Park Building and Exterior Improvements Project, Capital Project No. 87571 (Project). Approve an appropriation adjustment to reflect an increase of $600,000 in appropriation to the Project, fully offset by the Avocado Heights - Athens Tipping Fees available in the Department of Parks and Recreation’s operating budget, to fully fund the revised Project. Authorize the Director to deliver the Project through a Board-approved Job Order Contract. Find that the revised Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
