92. Recommendation as submitted by the Director of Public Health: APPROVE 4-VOTES 1. Approve the FY 2025-26 year-end appropriation adjustment to align the Department on Public Health’s (DPH’s) budget with its year-end financial position, including recognition of its final operating expense and related adjustments. 2. Receive and file DPH’s report back on the utilization of: a. $20,000,000 in one-time funding allocated to establish a Public Health Emergencies Reserve Fund. b. $5,000,000 transferred from the Provisional Financing Uses Board Directed Initiatives budget unit to the DPH FY 2025- 26 operating budget; and 3. Approve any related technical and budgetary adjustments necessary to implement DPH’s final Strategic Mitigation Plan and ensure the Department balances at year-end. (26-5930)
