46. Quagga and Zebra Mussel Prevention Program at Puddingstone Reservoir Resolution Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to complete the submission process of a competitive grant application to the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation Division of Boating and Waterways, in the amount of $400,000 for the Vessel Inspection, Certification, and Education Program under the Quagga and Zebra Mussel Infestation Prevention Grant Program (Project). Authorize the Director, as the agent of the County, to accept grant funds, conduct all negotiations, and execute and submit all documents including, but not limited to, applications, agreements, deed restrictions, amendments and payment requests which may be necessary for the completion of the Project, and to implement the Project at Puddingstone Reservoir.
