3. FAIR DRIVE CIRCULATION IMPROVEMENTS - “FAIR DRIVE FOR 26-428 ALL”, FEDERAL PROJECT NO. CML-5312(112) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for professional engineering design services for the Fair Drive Circulation Improvements - “Fair Drive For All” project (Federal Project No. CML-5312(112)) for a period of three years, with the option for two (2) one-year renewal, in an amount not to exceed $863,000, in final form as approved by the City Attorney. 2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $86,300 for any unforeseen costs or additional services that may be required by the project. 3. Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to accept minor modifications that may be needed and execute the PSA and any future amendments to the agreement. Attachments: 1.
