30. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH Z&K CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR PROJECT NO. 1636 - MILLS PARK SITE RECONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT NO. 1795 - MILLS PARK RECREATION CENTER BUILDING RENOVATION (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a five-year Contract Services Agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $500,720 to provide construction management and inspection services for Project No. 1636 - Mills Park Site Reconstruction Project and Project No. 1795 - Mills Park Recreation Center Building Renovation; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Contract Services Agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney. SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY Public testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants who are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless extended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
