34. CONSIDER AWARDING CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENTS TO JAS LANDSCAPE LLC, EMTS INC., AND MARIPOSA LANDSCAPES INC. FOR LANDSCAPE MEDIAN MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD a five-year contract to JAS Landscape LLC for landscape median maintenance and management services for Quadrant A, in an amount not to exceed $779,700; — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract with JAS Landscape LLC for Quadrant A, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; — 3. AWARD a five-year contract to EMTS Inc. for landscape median maintenance and management services for Quadrant B, in an amount not to exceed $586,033.80; — 4. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract with EMTS Inc. for Quadrant B, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; — 5. AWARD a five-year contract to Mariposa Landscape Inc. for landscape median maintenance and management services for Quadrant C, in an amount not to exceed $392,220; — 6. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract with Mariposa Landscape Inc. for Quadrant C, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; — 7. AWARD a five-year contract to JAS Landscape LLC for landscape median maintenance and management services for Quadrant D, in an amount not to exceed $517,200; — 8. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract with JAS Landscape LLC for Quadrant D, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
