20. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TOTUM CORP. FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR PUBLIC WORKS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 4 to the Contract Services Agreement with Totum Corp. for on- call Construction Management and Construction Inspection services, extending the agreement for an additional six (6) months, through June 2027, and increasing the contract amount by $275,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,757,635; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 4 with Totum Corp., subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
