(12) 26-1010 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to executing first amended and restated contracts with 19 on- call consultants for on-call contract programming services. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the Director of City Planning, or designee, to execute first amended and restated contracts with 19 on-call consultants as follows: 3Di; 22nd Century Technologies; Abacus Service Corporation; Birdi Systems, Inc.; Commercial Programming Systems; Dataman USA; Exclusive Network Enterprises; Jada Systems, Inc.; MIG; Cho Consulting, Inc. dba Novinzio; Psomas; Satwic, Inc.; SDI Presence, LLC; Trinus; Urban Insight; Cloud Consulting Services; Elegant Enterprise-Wide Solutions; SoftHQ, Inc.; and Fortuna BMC for on-call contract programming services, to extend the term for an additional 24 months through June 30, 2028 and increase the total maximum compensation by $6.5 million from $7 million to $13.5 million in substantial conformance with the draft contract, attached to the City Administrative Officer (CAO) report dated July 2, 2026, as Attachment 2, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney as to form, and compliance with the City’s contracting requirements. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that funding for the proposed first amended and restated contracts will be provided by existing budget appropriations for this purpose. There is no additional General Fund impact. Financial Policies Statement: The CAO reports that the recommendation in the report complies with the City’s Financial Policies in that budgeted funds will be used for intended purposes.
