9. City Council Approval of Repairs and Restoration of Damaged Zocalo Park Signs It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve repairs to the damaged Zócalo Park signs in a total amount not to exceed $149,710, utilizing Baja Signs (D.B.A. Sign Pro); and 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the necessary appropriation and budget adjustments to fund the proposed repairs; and 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works, or his designee, to execute all necessary documentation and process the required purchase order requisitions for the repairs; and 4. Authorize the Risk Management/Human Resources Department to take all necessary actions to pursue subrogation and recovery of eligible costs from the party responsible and/or applicable insurance carrier.
