10. Award Construction Contract with Clean Lakes, Inc. for Calabasas Lake Aeration System Recommendation: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Clean Lakes, Inc., in substantially the same form as submitted, for replacement of the aeration system at Calabasas Lake for a total amount not-to-exceed $476,100. 2. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-2035 (Attachment A), amending the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget to increase appropriations for the Calabasas Lake Aeration System.
