Amendment No. 1 to Maintenance Contract with Clean Lakes, Inc. for Calabasas Lake, Located Within Calabasas Park Homeowners Association Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Clean Lakes, Inc. (Clean Lakes) to include the replacement of the existing aeration system at Calabasas Lake, located within Calabasas Park Homeowners Association, in the amount of $381,600, resulting in a revised contract total not to exceed amount of $1,872,782.
