13. APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 27-02 FOR CITYWIDE JANITORIAL SUPPLIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 27-02 for the purchase and delivery of janitorial supplies and related products; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
