11. AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL EQUIPMENT FOR THE TUSTIN FAMILY AND YOUTH CENTER PLAYGROUND RENOVATION PROJECT Staff is requesting authorization to contract with The KYA Group for the purchase and installation of equipment through the California Multiple Award Schedules cooperative purchasing program to renovate the playground area at the Tustin Family and Youth Center. Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-32 authorizing use of the California Multiple Award Schedules cooperative purchasing program for the purchase and installation of new equipment for the Tustin Family and Youth Center playground area through a contract with The KYA Group; 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract document on behalf of the City; and 3. Appropriate $24,872 from the Community Development Block Grant Fund, increasing the total project budget to $524,872.
