9. AUTHORIZE USE OF THE OMNIA PARTNERS PURCHASING PROGRAM FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AT VARIOUS PARKS Staff is requesting authorization to utilize Omnia Partners Purchasing Program to acquire materials and installation services for the Roof Replacement at Various Parks. Project details include the replacement of the restroom building roofs at Laurel Glen Park, Heritage Park, and Cedar Grove Park, along with necessary maintenance to the picnic shelter cover at Cedar Grove Park. Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-54 authorizing use of the Omnia Partners Purchasing Program to purchase materials and installation services for the Roof Replacement at Various Parks in the not-to-exceed amount of $309,241.00; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the contract documents on behalf of the City.
