(13) 26-1269 ARTS, PARKS, AND CITY FACILITIES COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to a transfer of appropriation in the amount of $500,000 from the Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) and Information Technology Agency (ITA) for the reimbursement of communication services. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION, included as Attachment 1 of the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners (Board) report dated September 3, 2026, attached to the Council file, authorizing the appropriation in the amount of $500,000 from the RAP to the ITA for the communication services ITA provides to the RAP in Fiscal Year 2026-27. Fiscal Impact Statement: The Board reports that the appropriation and transfer of funds under the Board report will have no impact on RAP’s General Fund, as the source of funds shall be from the RAP’s special fund.
