(43) 14-1697-S4 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - PADILLA) relative to reactivating and restoring C.F. 14-1697-S4 to its most recent legislative status as of the date of the File’s expiration. Recommendation for Council action: REACTIVATE and RESTORE the matter relative to instructing the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety to provide an update to the 2018 progress report titled, Update on the Progress of the Mandatory Soft-Story and Non-Ductile Concrete Retrofit Programs, (Council File No.14-1697-S4), which expired per Council policy (Council File No. 05-0553), be reactivated and that the matter be restored to its most recent legislative status as of the date of the File's expiration.
