(35) 26-1441 CD 12 MOTION (LEE - RODRIGUEZ) relative to funding for the purchase of a new Speed Feedback and Message Trailer in Council District 12. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $23,161.09 in the Council District 12 line item General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000A28 to the Police Fund No. 100/70, Account No. 7300 (Furniture, Office and Technical Equipment) for the purchase of a new Speed Feedback and Message Trailer, which will provide real time data and speed analysis, and help to create safer streets and neighborhoods; to be used in the Twelfth Council District. 2. AUTHORIZE the Police Department to make any technical corrections or clarifications to the above fund transfer instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
