10.G. Proposition A Discretionary Incentive Grant Program Memorandum of Understanding It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“LACMTA”) to receive Proposition A funds in the amount of $199,633 for FY 2026-27; 2. Amending the FY 2026-27 budget to increase anticipated Proposition A revenue in Fund 238 by $199,633 and appropriate an equal amount for eligible transit-related expenditures; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
