24. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH Z&K CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR CONTINUED ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE CITYWIDE PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND OTHER HIGH-PRIORITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, INCREASING THE CONTRACT NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT AND EXTENDING THE AGREEMENT THROUGH JUNE 30, 2028 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services Agreement with Z&K Consultants, Inc., for on-call Construction Management and Inspection Professional Services, increasing the contract amount by $414,278, for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $1,706,696, and extending the agreement through June 30, 2028; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
