26. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RON’S MAINTENANCE, INC. TO EXTEND CITYWIDE CATCH BASIN CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Ron’s Maintenance, Inc., extending the contract term for one additional year, through October 4, 2027, and authorizing an additional $250,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $918,265; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
