19. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BREEN DESIGN GROUP FOR ON-CALL ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT’S ENGINEERING DIVISION (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Breen Design Group for on-call professional architectural and design services, extending the agreement for an additional eighteen (18) months and increasing the contract amount by $409,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,609,000; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 with Breen Design Group, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
